The Career Staff of the Henrietta Fire District is made up of  very dedicated, highly trained
professionals who don't think twice about helping someone who needs our help.

Over and above the 3000 plus calls for assistance we respond to each year, we also provide fire
prevention and education to the students in the Rush - Henrietta Schools District, Boy and Girl Scout
troops, Businesses and any other group or individual that requests such programs.

The staff is made up of 32 "Line" Firefighters and 4 Public Safety Dispatchers. We also have a Safety
Officer, Training Officer and District Chief. The Line Firefighters are divided into 4 groups that work a 4
shift tour. 2 -10 hour days followed by 2 -14 hour nights with 4 days off in between.  

The groups are made up of 2 lieutenants,  5 Firefighters and 1 Public Safety Dispatcher.

There are 2 Staffed Firehouses in the Town of Henrietta.
850 Bailey Road (Headquarters) Has 2 staffed fire trucks.

Engine 646- 1 Lieutenant and 2 Firefighters

Quint 640 (Ladder Truck)- 2 Firefighters

Also staffed at this firehouse are the Dispatcher, Safety officer,Training officer and District Chief.  
230 Pinnacle Road Has 1 staffed Engine.

Engine 652- 1 Lieutenant and 2 Firefighters



When a call is received for service one or more of the staffed trucks are dispatched and respond. All
of our firefighters are certified as Emergency Medical Technicians and respond to medical calls also.
